Robert Burns – also known as Rabbie Burns, the National Bard, Bard of Ayrshire and the Ploughman Poet – is widely regarded as the national poet of Scotland, and this poem is perhaps his most loved. He wrote 'To a Mouse' in 1785, about uncovering a mouse's nest with a plough, using traditional Scots language.
This hand drawn digital illustrated print gives the poem in full, and will help you to celebrate the great poet at Burns' Night and all year round. All you need to add is the whisky and haggis!
